Unlike other AIs, DALL-E is capable of creating unprecedented images! One of the most astonishing aspects of DALL-E is its ability to create images of things that may seem absurd or impossible. For example, if you write a description of an animal with bird wings and a car body, DALL-E can create a corresponding image. This means you can use DALL-E to create images that represent your ideas and dreams, regardless of how innovative or bold they may be.
DALL-E 2 is a more advanced and sophisticated version of DALL-E, offering an even wider range of possibilities for creating images from written descriptions, and capable of creating animations and short videos with even greater accuracy and detail. For this article, every time I mention DALL-E, I am referring to this more advanced version.

To answer quickly: YES and NO.
You need to use credits to generate images. Each credit is for a single request for image generation, editing, or variation. The good news is that you receive 50 free credits in your first month and 15 free credits monthly after that. These credits do not roll over to the following months, so what you don’t use, you lose when the new 15 credits come in.
So, if you use it sparingly, yes, it’s free. And if you need to use it a lot? Is it expensive? Considering the tool’s potential, I don’t think so! At the time of this post, you can buy 115 credits for $15 USD.

How to Use DALL-E?
DALL-E is a recent technology and is still being explored by developers and technology experts. At the time and location of this article, access to DALL-E 2 is possible, but as with all new technology, everything can change. Either way, here are the steps for registration.
Access to DALL-E 2 can be done through the website
In the upper right corner, there is a SIGN UP button to create an account.
There you can create an account from scratch or using your Google or Microsoft email. I created one with a Gmail account.
Fill in your information to access the platform. You even need a mobile number (they send a code via SMS to confirm access)
Once on the platform, you just need to describe the image you want, and DALL-E creates the image for you!
